The rookies tournament 2013 {Tournament Event}

This is going to be a tournament open to all members of the site that are D-rank.

There are going to be a multitude of spots open so feel free to sign up as you please. If your C-rank or higher you are unable to participate. EXP and jewel rewards to winners.

-No tier 3 or higher spells allowed.
-D-ranks only
-2 characters per person in tournament.

Battle Rules:
-48 HOURS POST LIMIT. IF YOU MISS THIS DEADLINE YOU ARE REMOVED FROM COMPETITION AND YOU ALSO RECIEVE ONLY HALF OF THE REWARD YOU WERE MEANT TO OBTAIN.
-Follow the sites rp ettiquette in terms of combat. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification and any reward you would have recieved is taken.
-Tier 2 and higher spells are forbidden if you somehow have them.
-Rewards will be distributed to your character after he has been eliminated or has won the tournament. Or once I figure out how to distribute EXP. Whichever comes first.
-Tournament will be mana survival style. In this style of fighting you gain half of the mana you used in the fight back for your next fight so you're magical power will always be dropping.
-If your character has a bounty then sign-up officials would chase you out in an attempt to capture you. Therefore, characters with bounties can't participate.

survival style combat example:
-starts with 500 mana | Uses 200 mana | ends with 300 Mana
-starts with 400 mana | Uses 50 Mana | ends with 350 mana
-starts with 375 Mana | Uses 100 mana | Ends with 275 mana
-next fight starts with 325 mana.

Submods: Sub mods, mods and admins may participate but will act as judges for matches that are not their own regardless of participation or not

Seeding determined by Net experience which must be below 900 Before the beginning of the tournament.
