As for the moment, Rubel is dealing with the broker's protector and he's enlisting a third party that will work for him. Find Knave, the broker. Pay him a visit and get the good half of what should have been Rubel's around 5,000 Jewels. It may be just a small amount but Rubel is not the type who likes to be double crossed. Its not about the jewels much and more of giving the broker a lesson.

He's not fond of fighting and tends to talk out of everything most of the time. It won't be hard to shake the last piece of his bones down to the ground.
