Mission Objective: Rubel, a black marketeer is enlisting an aid from a Sable Pantera member. An item of him as mistakenly been taken by band of fools lead by Higuma. The task is simple as it is. Get Rubel's item back to him from the bandits but fear not. They might appear to have the numbers but they got a gruesome history with Sable Pantera members. They're suspected to be around the large canals of the city. One should be enough.

Personality: Although he treats each and every person he meet a prospective clients, he is not something one should have their trust with completely. He is a man of pure business and it can be observed from the very way he make transaction that he's only for the jewels in your pockets. He's true to his word but he never make promises. He does not like being double crossed.
Motivation: Running his underground business and transactions properly.
Fears: Being double crossed. Failure of his business.

Personality: He's just a frog inside a well and he thinks he already owns the world. Higuma has a big mouth and likes to shout almost every time. He commands his subordinates as if they were animals but even with his cruel and not so good treatments to them, he cares for them. He's willing to save his own life first before them though.
Motivation: Jewels. Jewels. Jewels. More Jewels.
Fears: He's afraid with Sable Pantera members.
