[Ardere]

This fight was beginning to be more intense as Ardere quickly rose up into the air, Sergius was blazing with flames as he bursted towards Ardere swinging his blade. This was just about to get very interesting as he gritted his teeth and smiled. As Sergius came towards him he put his arms int the air as 7 golden seals appeared above him and blasted towards Sergius at 5 m/s. Then he quickly dropped down to avoid the possible explosion, he knew it would be hard to dodge 7 small balls of light flying at you.

Just as the 7 balls of light flew towards Sergius he went sideways and put his arms into the air as he was preparing to cast another spell. This one would definitely be a hopeful battle winner. He knew that this spell was the only thing that could win this fight. The wind began to spin around him in a circle as he yelled into the sky.

This was the best fight he had been in for a long time, he wasn't sure whether or not he was going to win this or not. He had to strategize but he didn't have enough time, every second explosions and slashes flew across this field. He had to be careful fighting this guy, fire and light were dangerous at a clash.

Suddenly Ardere raised his hands into the sky. A familiar action considering he had used the spell earlier. Sergius however didn't care, the spell was being cast right before he was coming down on him, their was no way Ardere could get out the way quick enough. It takes time to cast a spell, Ardere had made a fool's move.

Sergius smiled cockily as he fell from the sky and towards Ardere, raising the blade in the air and feeling the dangerous intent from over him all he could do was be sure that Ardere didn't escape unscathed. " I don't think - " The blade of Kurikara begin to become engulf in flames and as Ardere begin to move sideways, Sergius slashed the blade towards him, releasing a crescent wave of fire towards the mage. " So ! "


Sergius slide across the ground, halting only when his momentum allowed him. His eyes stared at the shadows of the seven balls of light heading towards him. " Shit. " he said with tinge of annoyance on his tongue. Moments later the impact of the blasts landed around him but he was only caught by the end of constellation. Dark, billowing clouds raised into the air and clouded Sergius's vision. He tried to lift Kurikara and swipe the smoke from his eyes as he had earlier but a sharp pain suddenly ran up his arm and he was sure that he had injured his it. Still though, he was never one to give up and sure as hell wasn't about to start now. He push through the pain and end this sparring session.

Slowly but surely, Sergius crept from out the smoke cloud and it was there in the midst of the sun's light did he see that his entire forearm had been singe with burns. His arm had been slightly hindered, he cursed himself for it. Amazingly still, Sergius brought a smile onto his face, and stubbornly raised Kurikara towards Ardere. " Let's continue. " he barked anxiously before rushing towards the mage.

OOC= Its been like 2 months so I'm go ahead and close up this thread.


Sergius burst through the dust, singes decorating the length of his right arm as he dashed towards the stellar mage. The crackling of the flames on his head filled his ears and made him feel invincible. As he neared ten feet away from the boy, Sergius made a hard curve towards his right side, switching Kurikara over his left hand as he had. " Here I come. " he yelled, rocketing himself off the ground and towards him with blade still in hand.

Within a split moment, Sergius had appeared on the opposite side of Ardere, his gait slowing down till he was standing still on the left side of his opponent. Deep breathes came from him as he swept his hair up from his forehead, the smell and feel of sweat had glazed him over. " Nice... Match. " he said through deep breathes.

He had sliced Ardere's neck, leaving on a small cut that said: I could have killed you if I wanted. Then he sat down on the grass, exhausted and out of breathe. " How about next time we not use magic though.. " Sergius sheathed Kurikara, and all at once his flames flooded into the sheathe and his appearance returned to normal.
