This is a fairly new site, being only about 2 and a half months old. Our setting takes place about 400 years into the past - x391 being the current year - and dragons freely roam Earthland. While humans and dragons are currently in peace with each other, there is darkness brewing and that fragile line of truce between them might just break soon enough.

Raine's Spells
Name: Ice Magic: Ice Make
Type: Caster Magic
Element/Aspect: Ice
Description: Ice Make Magic revolves around the formation of items or animals which mimic the functions of the object they are formed into, though they are still only ice. Ex: An Ice Bird will Fly, an ice gun will fire ice.
Side Effects: n/a
Ice Mold: Senbon Needle

Sigils/Sigil Slots: 0/0
Magic Cost: 10
Type: Offensive
Element: Ice
Range: Medium, anywhere in the casters POV up to 10 meters away.
Requirements: None
Effect: The caster forms a mist of ice In front of them and a single senbon needle is formed and is fired at a speed of 10 m/s up to a distance of 15 meters, the needle will stab into an opponent if no defense is brought up, also it may blown away with enough force as it is rather fragile yet sharp.
Cooldown: 2 post

Tier: Base Spell
Sigils/Sigil Slots: 0/0
Magic Cost: 10 (5 to maintain)
Type: Utility
Element: Ice
Range: Self
Requirements: None
Effect: The users form a pair of wings on their back and can use this to glide for an extended amount of time of around 3 post. Flame magic can melt them with ease and can be smashed with the aid of a 1 tier 1 spell or two base level spells to break.
Cooldown: 2 post.

Type: Defensive
Element: Ice
Range: Short
Requirements:
Effect: After cast, the user forms a large barrier(10 feet high, 5 feet in width, 2 feet thick) in front of them to block incoming attacks. If against a fire element spell it is much weaker than normal. It can block up to 2 base level spells and one D rank spell. However if a flame spell, only one base level spell is necessary to melt through the ice barrier. .

Effect: The user coats their hands in long and sharp claws reaching up to 2 feet in length. These claws are extremely sharp, being able to scratch metal. Though they can be broken through by a max of 1 base level opposing spell, it is mainly used for hand to hand combat, against weapons it can be stand up to 2 weapon attacks, a third being enough to shatter it.

It can even use to spy as the sparrow records data within itself that only the caster can see/decipher. The bird can fly up to 25 meters away at a speed of 15 mph before it starts melting away.

magic: take out the side effect. Ice magic does not require a side effect.
Senbon Shower:

wings: As this is a base spell I can only permit gliding. also, the wings will melt or break after a certain amount of time. State how many posts it lasts. Also, the spell costs 10. Maintenence costs 5 every other turn afterwards.

Senbon Shower: Looks better now, however you have it listed as 11mph up to 15 meters? Could you please change one or the other so the measurements are the same, it's just for an easier understanding. Also, how strong is this needle? Does it smash against the enemy or does it stab into them, or does it scratch them? How weak is the projectile as well, can it be blown out of course using other magic, can another D-rank spell smash it? I'm not saying it has to be able to be destroyed this way, but please be specific about these things. As Heero said, detail is important in your descriptions.
Wings: Looks fine over all, but make sure to include the maintain cost in your magic. It should look something like this: "Magic Cost: 10 (5 to maintain)"
Again please include more detail on the wings, how sturdy are they? How easy are they to break? How many spells, and of what strength, would it take to smash them, does a certain type of magic break them easier, for example fire magic melting them?
