This is a fairly new site, being only about 2 and a half months old. Our setting takes place about 400 years into the past - x391 being the current year - and dragons freely roam Earthland. While humans and dragons are currently in peace with each other, there is darkness brewing and that fragile line of truce between them might just break soon enough.

Physical Characteristics: Cain is naturally tanned skinned man. He normally will be seen with a bit of scruff on his face and has a slightly hairy chest. He obviously is in shape and looks very well toned. His shoulders are wider apart than average people giving him a natural longer arm span. He stands around 6 feet 2 inches, nothing to special but still taller than most. His posture is normally seen as one ready for battle, if not he is in a posture is very bad, he normally seen slouching, he often gets back aches do to this nature. Cain often will have to pop his back or neck muscles do to the years of bad posture, its highly possible that he has some form of back problem that will present itself worse later in life. His hair is normally kept short but has a slight length, normally reaching right above his ears. It is normally a dull auburn color or a dark brown, it is known to change with the seasons. He normally styles it in a clean cut manner or a messy but stylish look, it makes him feel younger and more appealing to women, wither or not it does yet to be determined.
Attire/Clothing: Cain is normally seen wearing dull colored cloths like a rusty looking red shirt and kakahi pants. His outfits normally revolve around short sleeve shirts and long pants with either shoes or if the weather permits saddles. In the winter he likes to wear different fall colored sweaters and scarfs. If more colder areas he bundles up in a puffy jacket with several layers underneath. On rainy or nasty kind of days he wears a black peacoat with a scarf wrapped loosely around his neck. He often enjoys wearing long sleeve button downs when trying to dress up for a woman or to just feel fancy, he has several different custom made suits and matching leather shoes with them. He never opts out for the cheap cologne normally wearing the most expensive brand out there. He often wears it to impress the ladies.
Abnormalities: Both ears are pierced though he doesnt always have the studs in, but when he does they are moderate size real diamond earrings with sterling silver accents.
Personality: Cain is a stern man at times mainly to those he does not know or has little patience with. He can easily be agitated by those that act too childish or act plain stupid. He will become short and stern with those he does not like. Cain gives every one a fair chance though and judges them for himself not based off the opinions of others. His views of people once set are hard to change and will require a great deal of atonement if one wishes to get back on his good side.
Cain is very loyal to those he deems his friends. He will give the coat off his back if they needed it. He often will butt into his friends fights to help them out since he can't stand seeing them hurt. If you are his friend it takes a lot to anger him since his overall opinion on you is a good one. A friend of Cain would have to go out of their way to annoy him or do something horrible to him or another one of his friends for him to turn his back on their friendship.
Cain is a ruled by his primal urges for the other sex. He will often flirt, and be seen peeping on women who are in the process of changing or bathing. He almost has a problem about it having stopped mid fight with women before just to admire their beauty. It pains his soul to harm a beautiful woman and is a weakness many have exploited in his life.
Hobbies:
-Peeping on women bathing or changing or just admiring women in general.
-Cain often enjoys swimming, to stay in shape and to cool off. But its also the best place for him to see women so it satisfies multiple needs.
-Reading is a past time Cain enjoys. Most wouldnt realize he had an intellectual side with his womanizing life style but its something that helps put his mind at ease.
Likes:
-Women, women and more women. If you are still wondering what Cain likes than you haven't been actively reading this. Cain loves to watch women do anything. Though those that are below par on the looks scale will be immediately dismissed in his book.
-BBQ food. He loves the taste of chicken or pork that is BBQ style. He often likes the taste of the sweet sauce rather than the styles out there. Its hard to find good BBQ place in Fiore so whenever he stumbles upon a new one its a must stop in his journey.
-Dogs and wolves are animals that he can look at almost as much women. He was raised in a home with tons of dogs of different breeds and he had a close bond with many of them. His love has continued on in his adult life. His favorite breeds are Husky, German Shepard's, and Labs.(these breeds may not be in Fiore but I'm assuming theres dogs that look similar to them.)
-Mythology is a topic that has always peaked Cain. He has spent hours reading stories on heroes of the past and the gods they worshiped. His love for these kind of things was the inspiration for his magic.
Dislikes:
-Those that have bad sense of style or clash in color patterns. He thinks that certain color coordination are tacky and lame and shouldnt be worn outside of parties where certain attire his encouraged, aka halloween parties.
-Mice are vermin and are gross. They existence is to breed and eat trash something that isn't in his opinion a life worth living.
-Senseless violence is something that is appalling. Killing for the sake of killing is horrible and something he will step in between if he sees it going on. He understands that some people enjoy the thrill of the fight and he is all down for that but when certain lines are crossed is when he gets upset.
-Certain green vegetables are not his favorite things to eat. Broccoli is his least favorite of all green veges, but he does enjoy sweet peas.
Inspiration:
Cain's main inspiration is power plain in simple. He realizes to get anywhere in this world power is needed. One needs power to gain money, fame, fortune, and security. He wants to have a nice cushy life later on and needs to get some money to do that. His reasoning for practicing his magic and growing it stronger is so he can become strong enough to protect himself and the ones he loves. He needs power to do this, though he normally has a fine line with certain things to gain power he has been known to dip into the darker side of the morality to gain power in the past. After loosing the love of his life, his wife Arie, he has based his reason for living to ensure a world that will be at peace, by any means necessary. He wishes to gain the power to help those who have been wronged by others and cannot do so themselves.
Fears:
Fear of the lose of his family and friends. He trains as hard as he can to protect his friends from harm. The thought of loosing his friends is something constantly on his mind and in the middle of a fight if his life can be sacrificed to protect his friends he will give up his life for them.
Spiders send the heebie jeebies up and down Cain's spine. He can kill them in an instant and think nothing of ending their lives but if one where to sneak up on him and be found crawling on him he will need someone else to get rid of it, since he will be frozen in fear.
Absolute darkness is a terrifying thought. He doesn't like not being able to see at all and if shut in a completely dark room for extended period of time will break down mentally in some ways. He will normally just got into hysterical crying spats or scream out in complete fear. If left for extreme amounts of time (like a week or longer) He will mentally break completely and will need extensive professional help to return his mind in a state of stability.

Augment Description:
Similar to that of a dragon slayer Cain has an above average sense of smell, hearing, taste, and sight. Though nothing compared to that of a dog or other animals he can pick up on certain people's senses and can sense if a person has been in the area within a 3 hour time frame and can follow their scent. His sense of hearing allows him to pick up on certain sounds other humans can't normally hear but it also allows him to hear people that may be distances away making sneaking up on him difficult. His sense of taste isn't too crazy different from normal humans but he can taste different in tastes and cooking methods better than others. This has lead to him having particular taste when it comes to wine. His sense of sight isn't too different to normal humans as well. He can see slightly farther than normal people and he has perfect up close and distant vision. The main noticeable difference in his heighten eye sight is the ability to notice small things about people a lot easier. He can catch ticks, or certain habits quicker than most though he has to be actively looking for them.

Childhood:

In the begging Cain was born to a loving family with both a mother and a father. His mother was a kind woman who loved her family deeply, she would often go out of her way to give Cain a special present every now and then even when they couldn't always afford it. His father was a man that was always laughing and enjoying life. He was a devoted husband and a spectacular father. He taught Cain the tricks to survive in the woods. He took him hunting and fishing often in the summer and fall and the two would often take camping trips where they would have to create their own lodgings. He loved those times. They lived in a more remote are of Fiore where there were woods as far as the eye can see and the nearest large city was over a day or two journey on foot. There were several small towns around them but they mainly were just a few shops. During the winter it was common for them to not see anyone outside their family for days or even weeks at a time. Once his mother got pregnant with his younger sister though they decided it was time for them to move to the city so that both would have a better chance at life. He was close to eight years old at the time.
Adolescence:

- The family moved to Magnolia town where Cain begun his study of magic. His father was a mage that specialized in a form of light based magic that was of his own creation since he had no formal training while his mother had no magical potential. Cain started to learn magic from his father but after failing to grasp it after a year they decided that it was time to look for outside help to understanding Cain's potential. They turned to the guild Fairy Tail were Cain found a tutor to help him with his magic. Over time his master realized Cain's creative nature and love for stories he introduced him to the magic of take over. Though Cain's take over magic was not exactly like others styles it was the one that stuck. He would continue to train under his master for six more years until he decided it was time for him to head out.
Young Adult life:

- Cain traveled around Fiore learning all he could from anybody that was willing to talk to him. After about three years of traveling, he was close to eighteen, did he try to settle down with a young woman that he at the time fell in deep love with. She had caught his eye the first day he saw her. He couldn't do anything but think of her for days and days until he eventually asked her to go on a legit date with him. Though he was young he was still notorious for his womanizing ways so it took some convincing of him to get her to agree to go out. The first date Cain spent almost an entire paycheck from his minimal wage job just to impress her. Needless to say the two feel into a deep love and stayed with her for three years.
Life with his “Love”

- Cain and his love, Arie, lived in a small one bedroom apartment. It was in a decent area of the town and had a large spacious living room and kitchen area. They both worked at a small flower shop underneath them. On their one year anniversary he proposed to her and the two were engaged. During his time with Arie Cain became a new man. He no longer looked at every woman that passed, his eyes only were for one. The two married each other on a early summer evening with a gathering of their friends and family. It was a modest wedding but one that he cherished every moment of. The two lived a perfect life for the next year in perfect bliss. The two's love for each other was deeper than anything in the world he would do absolutely anything for her and she would do the same for him. During the winter of their third year together, just a year and a few months after being married Arie left one morning to go to the market to cook Cain a special breakfast before he woke up. On her way to the market Arie was jumped by four men and killed by a knife wound to her stomach. Cain was alerted immediately of the jumping from the law officers of the town. He took off at once to hunt down the men that killed his true love. With his keen sense of smell he was able to find the men and killed them all with his own hands not once relaying on his magic power, his pure rage and hate was enough to motivate him. Cain was approaching 22 years old at this point.
First Year After:

- Cain sold almost everything that he owned minus his cloths and a few of his favorite novels. He sold all of Arie's items since they only brought sadness to him. He left his job at the flower shop and sold their apartment. Once everything was settled he left the town to go back to his nomadic ways. He feel into a deep deep depression he drank very heavily and got into a lot of fights. For awhile he didn't stay in one place longer than a week or so. He came close to attempting suicide on several occasions but backed out each time. He wasn't able to bring himself out of this depression until his younger sister showed up one day looking for him to bring him home to his family so they could help him through these hard times. He stayed back home for a year with his parents and younger sister. During this time he restarted his extensive novel collection. He read a lot of the novels that he read as a child. He started to write really go in depth with his magic and found his inner self. He was able to bring himself out of the darkness through the incredible support of his family and through the emotional escape through novels. To this day his is normally seen carrying a new novel, some not even in the common language but in a foreign tongue, he will go buy a translation book to help him.
Current Years:

- Cain as returned to traveling the world and improving his magic. He realized that its what Arie would want for him. She would want him to find another person to be happy with and to grow old with. He begun to really focusing on his magic at this point in his life. He vowed to never allow someone close to him be killed again, he couldn't bear the pain of it. He often will do odd jobs here and there to get buy. He has gotten good about saving up his money as he has gotten older but his libido grows every passing day. He has a few apartments that he has fully paid off in different parts of Fiore, he doesn't normally keep the utilities on so he doesn't have to pay many bills. This allows him to travel often but still have a place to sleep somewhere near, at least while he is in Fiore. During this time he has also made a great deal of friends and allies in various towns that are more than willing to help him lay low for a day or two if he needed it. His friends range from head religious members to drug kingpins, he can blend in with any crowd and if a person is generally nice to Cain he is going to be nice back. He has helped out some of the more darker people in Fiore on a few request but he makes sure before going into it that he knows the full lay down and if it involves him harming an innocent or stealing from a innocent directly or indirectly he will refuse it. His magic has become something that he greatly prides himself on and he will often use it in his many ploys at women.
