This is a fairly new site, being only about 2 and a half months old. Our setting takes place about 400 years into the past - x391 being the current year - and dragons freely roam Earthland. While humans and dragons are currently in peace with each other, there is darkness brewing and that fragile line of truce between them might just break soon enough.

Kaiba Takeda [Monstrous Reality]
Name: Monstrous Reality
Type: Caster
Element/Aspect: Darkness / Corruption
Description: What the magic actually does is simple. This is a takeover magic that allows the user to corrupt their body into the form of demons or monsters, even allowing them to have the properties of multiple monsters at the same time, and as the user gets stronger the amount of their body that they can change to be like the monster's gets stronger, until they can do a full body transformation. However, unlike most kinds of full-body takeovers, the user is not able to become frenzied in their mode, due to the exact way that it's created.
Side Effects: This magic costs the user part of their body to learn because of the corruption. Whether this be a foot that appears withered, losing a finger, or in Kaiba’s case, Blackening his left eye permanently. If used for long periods of time, the user’s brain becomes more corrupt, and will thus do things that without influence they would never even consider. Killing friends, abandoning innocents, etc.
Bodily Release: Praying Mantis
Tier: Base Spell

Magic Cost: 10, 5 for each additional turn

Effect: This spell causes a great surge of darkness to overcome Kaiba’s body, blocking it from view. When the darkness goes, he’s grown another two arms, to a grand total of four.
Bodily Release: Cockatrice Vision

Magic Cost: 10, 5 for each additional turn

Range: Self - As far as the eye can see
Requirements: Able to see through at least one eye
Effect: This spell causes anyone who he looks upon to be slowed down by 30%. this only affects living things, and magic, and as such natural things like rain or buildings collapsing don’t get slowed at all. However, for sentient beings such as humans and animals, he has to meet them eye-to-eye to make the effect work.
Bodily Release: Basilisk Skin
Tier: Base Spell
Sigils/Sigil Slots: 0/0
Magic Cost: 10 5 for each additional turn

Effect: Kaiba’s skin starts to show scale-like bumps all over his skin, giving him the protection of a basilisk. He can survive up to three Base spells before he even feels anything, but then it’s shattered.

Magic Cost: 10, 5 for each additional turn

Effect: Two large wings sprout out of Kaiba’s back, allowing him to fly or hover at 5 m/s. This doesn’t change the amount of damage he can take, and he can fly as high as he likes.

Magic Cost: 10, 5 for every additional turn
Type: Offensive

Range: 20 feet

Effect: A series of three tentacles grow out of his back, acting like chains and whips, either hitting someone with enough force to send them flying backwards five meters, or able to trap someone in it’s binds. It takes two Base spells to shatter these tentacles, and can completely stop someone from moving. However, they don’t cut off magic.

Magic: Call it partial takeover in parenthesis and we're good. Also, pretty much all magics are artificial in some manner so just call it caster. Do these two things and your approved.
mantis: Start off with 2 extra arms and move up to 4. again. base level is sorta crappy.
cockatrice vision: denied. Make it looking at them in the eyes causes slowed vision so it's fair. Also, lower it to 10% because it's a base spell. I'll have Lays take a look at this spell.
basilisk: APPROVED
tentacles: this is a base spell. How many tentacles can you summon and control at the same time? I suggest not going over 3 for base level.
Soldiers: Samething. How many can you control at once at base level.
ALL SPELLS: 10 to activate. in parenthesis 5 to maintain. Do this to all spells including basilisk

This magic has been denied due to the extreme similarity to arc of embodiment.
words of Lays: It is too similar to Arc of Embodment, as we want to keep the importance of that type of magic we will have to deny magic that is a variation/morphed version of it.
I can approve it if you take out the clay soldiers spell and focus solely on the take over magic alone.
Also, in your magic take out that you can alter the world around you and the part about artificial caster in your description.
This is the best I can give you. Otherwise, you will need to select a different magic entirely.
You can also probably take out the part about him becoming insanely corrupt from the side effects unless you wish for that to be part of his development.
